Time to Register!Tiger Publishing is a FAST class for fourth and fifth graders spanning 24 weeks during the fall and spring semesters. Students will meet each week to take part in learning all aspects of publishing culminating in the creation of Tritt's 2023-2024 yearbook by taking photographs of events, interviewing students for stories, creating quotes and polls, assisting in planning the overall design of the yearbook, marketing, and managing its distribution. This experience will allow for opportunities of leadership, teamwork, and creativity across grade levels. Additionally, students will have opportunities to work with experts in the STEAM fields of photography, graphic design, digital layout, copyrighting, and marketing.
Instructor: Courtney Pascual When: Thursdays from 2:30 – 3:30 (Fall Semester: 12 weeks from August 17th– November 16th *Note: This is a two-semester commitment.) No classes will be held during school breaks or conference week! Where: 701 Technology Lab Cost: $225 per semester (A Tritt yearbook, Tritt Yearbook Staff badge, and yearbook t-shirt are included.)
